Can I mix tiers?

Yes. Your directors could be on Cyberfend while warehouse PCs sit on Foundation. You aren't locked into one tier.

Is there a minimum contract?

Three months, then monthly rolling with 30 days' notice. That gives us time to set you up properly and show you the difference.

Do you charge for onboarding?

No. Onboarding is included, and we normally have you set up within days.

What's priced separately?

Hardware, project work such as office moves or new servers, third-party licences at RRP, and travel beyond an hour from Bolton.

I just need a one-off fix. Can you help?

Yes. We offer pay-as-you-go remote and on-site support at fixed hourly rates, with no commitment.
