Our servers can cache pages with Nginx in front of the web server, making websites load faster.
Turn caching on or off
- Log in to cPanel.
- In the General Information panel on the home page, find NGINX Cache.
- Click the toggle to switch caching on or off.
Clear the cache
When caching is on, a Clear Cache button appears beside the toggle. Use it if you've changed your site and visitors are still seeing the old version.
When to turn it off
Nginx caching suits static pages. If you have a shop, membership area or other pages that change per visitor, and visitors see someone else's basket or stale content, turn it off and use an application-level cache instead (such as LiteSpeed Cache or AccelerateWP for WordPress).
